Difficulty getting service I have a Nissan Leaf with two issues: 1) The sub-woofer in the Bose system never has worked. I tried to call service twice unsuccessfully attempting to schedule an appt. I decided just to bring it in, and they wouldn't even look at it. I did make an appointment for service. When I brought it in, they verified the sub-woofer was bad, but didn't have it in stock, so I will have to make the 35 minute drive (2X!) yet a THIRD time when it arrives. That is over two hours of just transportation time wasted. 2) The Leaf will not charge on 110 when it is depleted of power. I wanted to get some technical support over the phone but trying multiple times I was never able to get a call back. When I brought it in, they couldn't find anything wrong with it (because it wasn't depleted of power). It will never be possible for them to test it when depleted of power, so I guess there will never be a solution. More

They were grear and was able to fix the problem guarantee. I went in for a tune up and found other problems with my car. They were able to fix it at no charge which I'm very grateful. Disappointed I took my 2017 Nissan Sentra in for the 15,000 scheduled maintenance appointment on Wednesday, June 26 at approximately 12:30. The associate proceeded I took my 2017 Nissan Sentra in for the 15,000 scheduled maintenance appointment on Wednesday, June 26 at approximately 12:30. The associate proceeded to inform me of what was going to be performed on my vehicle and the price of each service. I agreed to the amount of charges and remembered that I had been emailed service coupons from the service manager. I showed the coupons to the service agent and was told that the prices on the coupons were regular prices not discounted. Why were they advertised as such? This was deceitful and very disappointing More
