A helping hand. I brought my vehicle in the other day with some minor damage and an odd clunking sound underneath my vehicle when starting it, accelerating, etc. Afte I brought my vehicle in the other day with some minor damage and an odd clunking sound underneath my vehicle when starting it, accelerating, etc. After bringing in my vehicle and getting an inspection Nissan fixed my clinking problem and also removed the dent from my vehicle. The professionalism of the staff and the quick turn around without heavy costs makes sure that I will recommended Southlake Nissan to my peers in the future if they have any repair or maintenance needs that need to be fulfilled. Always got your back I was having a problem with acceleration and was parking brake light coming on so I made it appointment. When I got there the gentleman told me it co I was having a problem with acceleration and was parking brake light coming on so I made it appointment. When I got there the gentleman told me it could take about an hour to find out what’s going on. 15 minutes and Randy the service manager came to me and isaid Mr Gumbiner I think I know what it’s gonna take to fix this but I’m going to give you a loaner car so you can get back to your regular work. Within 20 minutes I was on my way home in four hours later they called me and said the car was complete. When we counter the car was done washed and the service consultant took the loaner car got me to the cashier and got me checked out immediately. We switch to Southlake Nissan from another Nissan dealer due to the poor service department. Since being with Southlake Randy and his team have always strive to take care of our issues.
