Oil change and a new car! I went in for an oil change and left with a new car. Kenny Kellen was our salesman. He insisted I drive the 2019 Nissan. What sold us was the fact I went in for an oil change and left with a new car. Kenny Kellen was our salesman. He insisted I drive the 2019 Nissan. What sold us was the fact that it drove like a dream and was more comfortable than the last Nissan I had. Kenny educated us in all the options and updates of the car, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful giving us his personal phone number at the end just in case we had any questions. More
Got me fixed up quick Had a leak in the AC system a week after I bought the car. The service center was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me going same day. Took it back in and they provided a loaner so that they could really dig in and find the problem. It took a couple days, but they kept me updated and found the problem. It took an lot of digging but they took care of the problem and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Thanks Randy! More

Sensor problem I have been nothing but impressed by the quality of people and service of this dealership. My only complaint is that with a brand new car there was so I have been nothing but impressed by the quality of people and service of this dealership. My only complaint is that with a brand new car there was something wrong with the sensor that needed to be replaced which caused me to have to take a day off of work. The service desk also informed me that it was an expensive fix. I now worry about how this car will operate down the road. More
Oil Change and Tire Rotation This was my first experience with the service consultant Shayan Sheikh. He was very friendly and courteous. He also was very accommodating when I asked if the service technician/porter could also clean the inside of my front window because I'm unable to clean it. They did a great job with that. Unfortunately, I also asked that the tire pressure be increased with the colder weather coming and I told him I wouldn't be out in Merrillville again for a while. He said he would have the pressure increased to 37 (it was currently 31 or 32). However, on my drive home back to Highland the tire pressure never increased. When I arrived home I called Shayan and he was extremely apologetic that this wasn't done and told me to come back and they would take care of it. However, that means I need to make ANOTHER trip to Merrillville this weekend to take care of this. I am a long time customer of Southlake Nissan. I've purchased three of my last four Nissans (Altima, Pathfinder, Murano) from you. I purchased my current 2017 Pathfinder from Napleton in Highland so I wouldn't have to make the long trip to Merrillville in inclement weather. When Napleton lost their accreditation as a Nissan dealership/service center I returned to Southlake Nissan because Randy, Brian and the service department always did a great job. I truly hope this is a one time occurrence and going forward the service technicians are a little more careful and detailed oriented. More
