Mediocre Service I expected quality Lincoln service and I didn't feel I received it. The dealership said I need new tires and I only have 26,000 miles on them. Very kind I walked in about 10 minutes before closing. Richard greeted me as if it were the start of his day. I inquired about a Navigator, he immediately grabb I walked in about 10 minutes before closing. Richard greeted me as if it were the start of his day. I inquired about a Navigator, he immediately grabbed keys & took me, my son, his wife, & my 18 month grandson out to show us. My grandson wanted to very much be a part of this buying decision so he sat in my lap pretending to drive, so excited dropped his binkie. When I arrived the next day for a test drive Richard had the binkie on the center counsel waiting. I purchased a Navigator that day!
