Southgate Honda - Service Center

I called for an appointment, had to leave a message. No one called back to I had to drive there the next day just to get an recall appointment. The person who gave me the appointment FORGOT to tell me don one called back to I had to drive there the next day just to get an recall appointment. The person who gave me the appointment FORGOT to tell me don't fill up your car. Then the day after my car was worked on I had to drive back to the dealer because my car seat was missing. They neglected to tell me they had to take the back seat out for the recall. They had to put the car seat in the trunk because by law they are not allowed to reinstall them. I am a 65 year old FIRST time grandparent, How was I supposed to know that? Everyone at Genthe Honda is pleasant and kind. I just wish they were more informative. More
