Updating my experience ... Received a call from Ashley telling me my car was ready earlier than I expected it to be done. The shuttle drivers were busy so the sent a Porter to pick me up right away. When I picked up the car in her office she brought up my review and we discussed it so they so read these reviews. She gave me her business card so next time I call I can reach her directly and not have the not picking up the phone problem in the future but what about you? Shouldn't the problem be solved for everyone calling?? I did appreciate that Ashley did try to make sure I was happy/ happier . Will I be back in the future? Probably give them a few more chances but if things don't go well I'll be buying my next vehicle somewhere. Else, So it's up to you Southgate Ford either I'm a customer for life or ??
