Revisit for an unresolved service issue. I called dealer about leaking fluid after an oil change. I brought it back in and they found a transmission leak & scheduled service for the vehicle. Great Support I was very pleased with my latest interaction with Joe and the Service Department at Southgate Ford. My 2014 Explorer had an intermittent error with I was very pleased with my latest interaction with Joe and the Service Department at Southgate Ford. My 2014 Explorer had an intermittent error with the back up camera not starting. There was not a rhyme nor reason for the camera failure. My extended warranty was about to run out right before I took the vehicle in to get it fixed. My concern was getting this done before the warranty ran out. As it turns out, all that could be found was an intermittent error code, nothing definitive. Joe made sure that the issue was written up and parts ordered against the write up before the warranty expired and I returned a week later when the parts came in and after the warranty ended and still had the warranty honored and my car fixed. The camera works great now and I was very happy with the service I received. More
