My visit was for oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment and was told they would try to get my vehicle serviced as quick as possible. Diagnosed problem to be and replaced front right wheel bearing. After changing the front wheel bearing diagnosed and determined problem with right rear wheel bearing. The car has less than 60,000 miles on bearing. After changing the front wheel bearing diagnosed and determined problem with right rear wheel bearing. The car has less than 60,000 miles on it. I was charged $880.00 for labor, a total of $1621.00 for servicing the vehicle. I question whether either bearing was bad and the problem was the brake disc splash shield rubbing. More

Had a complete brake job, new everything. Brakes have been squealing since I left the shop. I've taken my truck back in two times for this issue and they are still squealing. I have been told, "This is n been squealing since I left the shop. I've taken my truck back in two times for this issue and they are still squealing. I have been told, "This is normal", "It's not a safety issue", "Metal pads will do that" and "Maybe it's a loose piece of metal in there." The squeak is annoying but I am fed up with the service department so I guess I'll just live with it. More
