From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel like a valued customer. No pressure from the sales person. We purchased some upgraded, fitted mats from the parts department. They were ordered and delivered in a timely manner. As for the service department, we consistently use Southgate Ford for maintenance. On one occasion, a service person came to our home for a recall. He was very polite and professional. We will continue to use Southgate Ford on our Ford Maverick and Ford Focus More

Bought the truck off the showroom floor, after agreeing on final price was told oh yeah extra 350 for bedliner that was already in. Strike 2 Was told on phone yes you will get a rental car no charge.Day set to bring it in was told $40 a day if no issues are covered. Strike 3 Had to go back 36 hours later to pick up rental. Really only addressed 1 issue out of all I asked about, and kept my truck 1 week! Asked to have follow up calls as to progress. But I had to call there more than I got called! Am thinking of upgrading 1 more time but will shop elsewhere. Asst Service manager said "trust me" when I tried to get an explanation of truck issues upon pickup. This place is neck and neck with village ford, which I didn't think was possible. That place is the worst...almost! More
