I purchased a 2019 escape from southgate Ford. I bought a extender warranty . So my estimate on gas mileage is 21 city 27 highway. I get 21 miles to the gallon city or highway. Brought it back to I bought a extender warranty . So my estimate on gas mileage is 21 city 27 highway. I get 21 miles to the gallon city or highway. Brought it back to southgate Ford to find out why and my auto stop is not working . Could not find anything wrong . Said battery was only 60 percent they charged it says it works now . No it doesn't . So now they charged 240 dollars to check out and I'm still getting 21 mpg city or highway and car doesn't turn off . I guess I won't be going to southgate Ford again More

I have purchased or leased many vehicles from Southgate Ford. I have been very satisfied through many of those transactions. This transaction was not one of my favorites, but not through the fault of the Ford. I have been very satisfied through many of those transactions. Terrible experience at a dishonest dealership. Salesperson tried to add an additional $1000 to our lease buyout and hoped we wouldn't notice. This dealership is after your money and does not care about your situation. They will do this to anyone that comes in to process a lease buyout. DO NOT use this dealership. This stealership will try and take advantage of you and do not care about retaining your future business. I've had good experiences with their parts and service departments, but I will never be returning here for anything. Please look over and re-check your paperwork if you've done any business here.
