Had a complete brake job, new everything. Brakes have been squealing since I left the shop. I've taken my truck back in two times for this issue and they are still squealing. I have been told, "This is n been squealing since I left the shop. I've taken my truck back in two times for this issue and they are still squealing. I have been told, "This is normal", "It's not a safety issue", "Metal pads will do that" and "Maybe it's a loose piece of metal in there." The squeak is annoying but I am fed up with the service department so I guess I'll just live with it. More

The first person I spoke with was Rebecca, I asked her for help in obtaining an oil change. I usually never go to a dealership long wait. I stated this to her and she said it will be very quick.
