From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel like a valued customer. No pressure from the sales person. We purchased some upgraded, fitted mats from the parts department. They were ordered and delivered in a timely manner. As for the service department, we consistently use Southgate Ford for maintenance. On one occasion, a service person came to our home for a recall. He was very polite and professional.
