Later they called and informed me that they had ordered parts for the repair and would let me know when I could bring my truck for about an hour to make the repairs necessary. Made things right... I had a bad experience with this dealer in the past, but they made things right. Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that they had made a few changes in order to increase customer service. He was very sincere and takes customer service serious. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car in for service. I had my oil changed and a Dodge PMC reprogram recall done. I must say, the experience was great! Frank in service made it quick to get in and out and made sure I was satisfied. I will be back and look forward to dealing with them, that’s what everyone wants in a dealership. Thanks Chris. More
