Came for routine service as well as to have a potential warranty issue looked at. Was quickly checked in and the service team was friendly and professional. As a new resident of Houston, Tx, I value the ability to build relationship in order to get business done properly. As I researched places to take my jeep for service, I decided a certified dealership wo build relationship in order to get business done properly. As I researched places to take my jeep for service, I decided a certified dealership would serve best. Unfortunately, the reviews I saw online must be directly related to the Sales Department because the employee, Ms. Jackie in the Service Department is unprofessional, unethical and doesn't care about the customer service experience beyond the daily tasks of answering the phone. What took another service center 24 hours to complete, I am still awaiting a resolve from the false narrative poorly provided by Ms. Jackie. In ethical measures, she presented $2k - $3k pricing for a repair that was covered in my warranty. In efforts to disregard the warranty, she stated that she would take measures to verify the warranty for the repair. On multiple occasions on separate dates, I contacted Ms. Jackie only to hear her state failures to contact the warranty company and false promises to contact them and reach back with a resolve. After almost two weeks, I decided to call the warranty company and the representative stated that Ms. Jackie never reached out and no one from the dealership has reached out. In fact the last call they recieved from any repair co or dealership was July 2021. This has been a frustrating experience and I truly hope that better practices are employed related to the customer service experience. Very bad job, Ms. Jackie; I'm a unsatisfied customer now. Update: Russle ,The Manager of Service Department did reach out along with the DM Henry in an attempt to resolve the issue. Thier customer service was a far cry from Jackies and they did take full responsibility for her actions. Based on our conversations, I would be willing to give this location a 2nd chance. More

Make sure you check your warranty if you happen to buy a vehicle here…. It’s xx We purchased a vehicle less than a year ago (lifted truck with oversized tires) we hadn’t even drove the truck for 23,000 m vehicle here…. It’s xx We purchased a vehicle less than a year ago (lifted truck with oversized tires) we hadn’t even drove the truck for 23,000 miles and the transmission went out! We paid $3,200 when we purchased the truck for a warranty and they stated it was bumper to bumper full A-Z coverage. When we took the vehicle to get repaired they said warranty was not going to pay for it because the truck was lifted and had oversized tires!!!! That is how we bought it from the dealership who sold us the warranty!!! They said they could repair it for $6-$8000 but it would be a used transmission and no warranty if they did that. We ended up taking our vehicle to Classic Chevy Sugarland for a way better price WITH WARRANTY!! I’m STILL WAITING for our money back on the warranty as according to the warranty people it was voided since day one since they don’t cover lifted trucks. It has been such a hassle. But according to them that’s the risk you take buying a used vehicle. I get that but you sold me a voided warranty. ****I will update so say that Henry has been very attentive and I’m glad he took over the case, he is trying to get me a refund! More

He goes above and beyond to fully evaluated and service my Jeep and keeps me updated every step of the way! My Grand Cherokee is 10 years old and recently went through a repair. Steven made the process seamless in working with my warranty company from start to finish. In the past my warranty company has been extremely difficult to work with @another dealer in Houston. Not only did Steven communicated effectively, he’s made the once burdensome hassle my warranty company approval process invisibly painless! He’s provided an Uber to and from and when possible a newer jeep loaner; so I could stay mobile and not miss any work appointments in another service visit. Did I mention, his follow-up? Steven RESPECTS your time and he gets you in and out! Ask for Steven next time and you’ll be happy you did! More

He understood everything I wanted to do, gave me a quote and at the end of the work it cost me exactly what he quoted and the work took exactly the amount of time he estimated. I took it in on Monday morning and my truck was ready by lunchtime the following day. Everything was done perfectly and my truck runs great. I will definitely use Southfork Dodge Jeep Ram in Manvel TX for all of my Ram truck needs going forward. Thank you Steven for the great service! More
