If you bring your vehicle in for an oil change I highly recommend pulling the dipstick to verify the proper level. Mine was over serviced by at least 1 quart. When I brought to their attention they sent me recommend pulling the dipstick to verify the proper level. Mine was over serviced by at least 1 quart. When I brought to their attention they sent me on my way to only have to bring it back the next day to have them verify it again then drain out the excess oil. After much discussion and review of the events surround the oil change over service condition I am satisfied that Southfork Chrysler dealership has made the necessary changes in there maintenance operations to prevent this from happening again. No special treatment. ..I can pay the same price for an oil change much closer to my house and get my car vacuum and washed, all included for the same price! I was told t ..I can pay the same price for an oil change much closer to my house and get my car vacuum and washed, all included for the same price! I was told that they would wash my car(outside only) and change the oil in a hour. It took them 2 1/2 hours and no car wash. More
