I scheduled an appointment a week ago to have my brake caliper checked and some wiring issue. I came today and was told you could not provide the service unless I leave my vehicle there for a few weeks. A caliper checked and some wiring issue. I came today and was told you could not provide the service unless I leave my vehicle there for a few weeks. And was told there was no rental car available. This is all I have to drive. I bought my vehicle at Southfork and have the extended warranty as well. Definitely not happy! More
Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible overall. My truck has been over a month with them trying to get “approval” from a warranty they sold me for coolant leak problems. They’re mechanics overall. My truck has been over a month with them trying to get “approval” from a warranty they sold me for coolant leak problems. They’re mechanics performed a “full diagnostic” on the truck and determined the truck has issues with y he thermostat and a the water pump, they advised me they would have to call my warranty for approval and the warranty told them they had to send an adjuster “to inspect it and see it with his own eyes” so they could determine coverage, the adjuster showed up and they couldn’t prove that the water pump was leaking and according to the dealership, now my warranty doesn’t want to cover it. I had to call my warranty and ask what was going on and they advised me it is covered but the dealership can’t provide proof. Not to mention I have had to email, call and get hung up numerous amount of times. I started working with Marcia Caicedo Service Advisor, and I had to go up to her boss, John Frazier Service and Parts Director, and couldn’t solve anything so I had to go a step higher to the General manger Stephen Swad and all I was told by him was “give me time to get involved in this and find a solution” it has been over a week and a half of not hearing from anyone of them I’ve left my information numerous amount of times to have them call me back, numerous voicemails and emails and they suck at giving you an answer or solution, even the John Frazier Service and Parts Director had the audacity of telling me I should’ve purchased another type of warranty “that is not hard to work with” when they were the ones who sold it to me… These dealership and staff are above unprofessional More
