Bobby was very patient, and answered all of my questions in detail, and if he didn’t know the answer, he promptly sought to find out ASAP. JORDAN was outstanding in the finance department, and honestly made me feel like a favorite cousin that tried to get me the best finance deal. I could really tell that the entire team cared about their customer and went over the car that I wanted with a fine tooth comb, making sure I walked away happy. Last but not least, I may have been able to get the vehicle slightly less expensive elsewhere, but you cannot beat the Southfork LIFETIME Powertrain warranty. It’s worth the extra few bucks, and the customer service experience was of the highest quality. Definitely a positive experience. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and family and will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle from them. More

Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that they had made a few changes in order to increase customer service. He was very sincere and takes customer service serious. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car in for service. I had my oil changed and a Dodge PMC reprogram recall done. I must say, the experience was great!
