Amazing! A real place for real people My husband and I recently were sent to Southfork by close friend of ours and previous customer. On top of that, we had just moved, we have 3 girls, and also had another baby due in less than a month. Yikes! My friend sang the praises of a particular sales person, Heather Castillo, and gave me her number. Heather was real, she listened, and was very personable relating to us on many levels. This was very different than most places because there was no pressure and it felt like you were working with a friend. She was understanding of our needs and wants and she worked hard with another outstanding employee, Jordan’s Fournet, to get us the payments we needed. We walked out with great cars, great service from beginning to end, and a great deal. Their service is one of a kind, there is no pressure and their employees make a salary instead of commissions. And WOW! We really noticed the difference in a dealership that takes care of its people, and boy does it reflect in how well they take care of the customers! They truly stood apart from other dealerships and individual sales people we had spoken to prior. You also cannot beat the warranty there! Later they called and informed me that they had ordered parts for the repair and would let me know when I could bring my truck for about an hour to make the repairs necessary. We previously had discovered we were being lied to and being taken for our money by a local Ford dealership and began looking elsewhere. We came across Southfork Dodge thru a close family friend and immediately wasn't disappointed. We met up with Heather and right from the start we were taken care of in every way possible. No pushing for what we didn't want, hassling, etc.. Heather was able to get us a deal that even beat out the approved financing through our bank. Customer service standards are clearly based off Southfork Dodge and Heather. Very understanding and helpful in getting us not only what we needed, but even more to make sure we have zero worries for as long as we owned our cars. Heather treated us as if we were lifelong friends or family and really helped put my wife at ease with any concerns she had. Jordan was equally as awesome and we connected very well because of our family backgrounds. Loved working with them both and would love to do so again in the future.
