I was very surprised with the variety of vehicles and how clean they were. The staff was extremely friendly and showed very positive attitude answering all of my questions and allowing me the chance to look clean they were. They were even ok with test driving several vehicles before making my selection on the one I really fell in love with. I visited other places and getting a sales rep to even answer my call let alone wanting to answer my questions was like asking for blook. I really enjoyed my time and dealing with my sales rep. The entire staff down to the porters were really nice and friendly. I usually wait a while before writing a review and they have proved themself to me. I will for sure consider them in the future for other vehicles and hopefully they will have them. I'm not sure how you can have a bad experience with these guys but I definitely had a great experience. Thanks guys! More

This dealership is truly amazing with the amount of detail they pay to their customers. I inquired about a vehicle over the phone and Adrian was super friendly, personable and listened to all my questi detail they pay to their customers. I live out of state so it was difficult for me to just drive there without getting all my information upfront first and he did an amazing job. They picked me up from the airport and when I got there, everyone was super friendly and welcoming even asked if I wanted eat and they were going to doordash whatever I wanted (INCREDIBLE). THIS PLACE ONLY HAS SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ASK PEOPLE TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW THE DAY THEY PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. THE TRUTH IS, THIS DEALER AND THE SHOP THEY USE FOR THEIR "WARRANTY" IS ASK PEOPLE TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW THE DAY THEY PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. THE TRUTH IS, THIS DEALER AND THE SHOP THEY USE FOR THEIR "WARRANTY" IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND WILL FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU. After only a year of owning the car I purchased from them, and that car having to be in and out of the shop 7-8 times for the same problems that just were not getting fixed, I now have to pay over $2,000 at a legitimate shop to fix a 5-year old car with less than 80,000 miles on it. The shop this dealer uses, Kings Auto on 8 Mile, has been tampering with this car for a year, just putting a bandaid on whatever the issues were and not doing a thing to properly fix the car. I was told by a real shop the things that were done to my car by these guys at Kings Auto, and it's just sad. Do not bother purchasing one of these fake warranties from Southfield Quality Cars (that can only be used at Kings Auto, they had told me, which is shady to begin with)...in fact, do not bother purchasing a vehicle from them at all, because it likely is not quality in the first place. They are going to come behind this comment and blame my car problems on the fact that I was driving for Lyft...that's not an excuse for their shop basically just trying to hold the car's insides together with glue and bubble gum until my "warranty" ran out, so don't be fooled. This dealer and their shop are predatory, period. More

This dealership is everything that is wrong with used car sales...does anyone remember that movie Matilda? When her dad is a used car salesman ripping people off...that's this place...I borrowed money to be sales...does anyone remember that movie Matilda? When her dad is a used car salesman ripping people off...that's this place...I borrowed money to be able to work a week to get some cash then borrowed the rest to come up with a down payment so I could start a new job...they knew I was there to buy a car and make it happen...at first we started with $0-$500 down payment, which somehow jumped to $2000 then to $2500...in the early discussions they pretended all was possible to get me hooked and started to run my credit and first look at my credit I was given numbers..but that changed...I brought them a preapproval from capital one for my co-signer, and they ignored it and told me that they couldn't make it work to sign remotely...not true...the car had a sticker price of 19,890...with no carpets...the salesman, Ray told me oh don't worry we will get you some....6 months later I still don't have carpets, the tires were rotten, which they did eventually agree to change, but put the cheapest ones possible...the brakes were worn, they changed just the front and again the cheap kind that makes noise...the car has rust damage everywhere...it has been in an accident and it's covered up...every mechanic I have seen has told me I got a lemon to take it back...I currently owe $20,323 on a 2015 Honda Accord that has 76,000 miles on it. Oh! And to top it all off they put the warranty in my ex husbands name, now I’m supposed to pay $75 to transfer the warranty to my name…I called Ray to tell him and he said let’s see what we can do…they should fix it or pay it…not a word now for days. When I was there to purchase the car I was very specific in requesting that my exhusbands name be there as little as possible because he was a vicious and abusive person that I was trying to get away from, but They did not accommodate my other options for a cosigner...I have never gotten a call back to follow up on any of these issues after the paperwork was signed...all that mattered was the sale…they lied about the car, within 20 mins of driving off the lot I had warning signs come up...when I took it back they said it was a bad sensor and just reset it...it wasn't a bad sensor it was a rotten tire that couldn't hold air that they tried to push past me...no integrity, terrible business. Please do not support this business with a complete lack of ethics or human decency. Walking into this dealership was one of the biggest mistakes I made. Oh! I almost forgot I just had to have the starter changed because it was bad and not starting the car!!! To sum up in less than 6 months I have had to spend $800 on Maintenance and will have to spend another $700 in the next two weeks...why did I pay $20,000 for a vehicle to pay another $1500 in the first few months of owning it?! More
