Poor scheduling okay service,I made an appointment and when I dropped off my car on Tuesday was told that they are 30 vehicle behind schedule I dropped the car off on Tuesday and was told they would when I dropped off my car on Tuesday was told that they are 30 vehicle behind schedule I dropped the car off on Tuesday and was told they would not be able to look at it until Wednesday. When I followed Thursday my had not been seen and was then informed that they it would be until sometime next week before they could look at my car. I asked if I could pick my car up and bring it back but I was told I could loose my spot if I did so. We have a large family and we need both car to get everyone around. I got a rental car while my car was began held. When my car finally was looked at they did not find anything wrong. The reason. Why I need service was because the cat keeps shutting off and overheating. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone. Car problem not fixed and 800 dollars later for the rental thanks but no thanks. More
