Very disappointed in the quality of service since purchasing our two vehicles. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at your establishment and are told we have significant repairs needed every time we com purchasing our two vehicles. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at your establishment and are told we have significant repairs needed every time we come in for service, including a head gasket needed for a 2020 vehicle. We received a second opinion from another mechanic and none of the issues we were provided in our last service are not even accurate. Hate feeling like we are being taken advantage of when we’ve been loyal customers for over 6 years. More
Found out what the problem was the day it was dropped off even though it was dropped off a day early. Found out that a warranty would fix it even though it was 15 years old. Would never had thought to ask fo even though it was dropped off a day early. Found out that a warranty would fix it even though it was 15 years old. Would never had thought to ask for that. More
When first contacting the dealership’s service department. I made contact with a service advisor name Adam. I don't like it, they are not not honest people in your garage. My car sat in garage for a whole week for a belt, serpentine belt, CV boot and rear brake sensor light. Because service tech said Thursday wh garage. My car sat in garage for a whole week for a belt, serpentine belt, CV boot and rear brake sensor light. Because service tech said Thursday when I took picture of my engine that my car has to sit in the mechanics bay cuz he was off till Monday and that no one could go in his bay. Truth of matter is I declined work on radiator core support system, ac condenser etc. Service Tech already ordered them and I told them to not touch anything relating to radiator core support etc. Ok. When I picked up my car a week later from dropping off, someone took my radiator core support system off and put some junk on. I had 3 stickers on top of radiator and my bolts were blue and so was the side attachments like stock from original. Like Garage Supervisor said you can tell someone did something and like he said you always get your work done here. All because he was looking so hard to save VW, all he could say this screw has rust in it been here awhile. I told him my screws and bolts were blue. I took picture of my engine and somehow it is erased. But when I asked service tech to send me a picture of my engine day before I came he never did. There should be a picture of my engine ya have and you can see that what is in my car is not what I brought in. Service tech said that those parts for radiator,ac condenser etc what I decline, that them parts wouldn't be in till following Monday or Tuesday. Funny how my car is ready at time parts come in. Garage manager said he was going to find out why my car had to sit in a bay for a week for only couple hours work. He said another mechanic could of done my work that what my service tech said was not true. That my car did not have to wait from Thursday to Monday till mechanic comes in cuz it in his bay. What's sad is garage supervisor believed me but he got to take up for VW. More
