Reliable Trustworthy Service Used their express service to get my battery replaced. I got an appointment the same day I called. Got it done in about 90 minutes while I waited. They advised me of other possible services that might be needed but no high pressure. My car starts & runs fine now. Have had other repairs done by this dealer on my 2003 Jetta and received the same prompt, quality service. I highly recommend this dealer for service and repairs. Unsatisfied Bought a 2012 CC, 3 years ago. When I bought the vehicle the roof would leak when it rained, there was also an oil leak. I made Volkswagen Service cen Bought a 2012 CC, 3 years ago. When I bought the vehicle the roof would leak when it rained, there was also an oil leak. I made Volkswagen Service center aware of the issues within a 2 week time frame, the service team supposedly fixed the leak but there after, each time I took my car in to get serviced, they told me I had an oil leak. When I would inform them that the service had been done and suppose to be eradicated, they would say that the car was fine and the issue was taking care of upon my exit.... I recently had to replace my transmission, which you can understand how expensive and frustrating it is having no transportation and still having to make ends meet. Furthermore my car was recently serviced for an oil change and yet again I was told about the oil leak in addition to more. Now, understanding that the vehicle is reaching high mileage and old age, wear and tear is inevitable. I was referred to the head of sales person Tracy and later Fritz. I made them both aware that I had very little to no money down , that my credit wasn’t in the best shape and that I still had close to $12k left in negative equity. They both assured me that it was a very good chance that I would be approved. In the end I felt bamboozled and once again my credit was hit for an unfulfilled promise. Southern Volkswagen is supposed to be based on loyalty amongst others. My brother has also purchased a brand new 2017 Jetta and has already had multiple unpleasant run-ins with management and the service team. Greenbrier Volkswagen Team Members, apart of your service is to make sure your customers feel appreciated and valued, not used for another $ in your pocket nor another notch on your belt. I pray this review will help the next customer in need. Never will I ever purchase a vehicle nor recommend Greenbrier Southern Volkswagen to anyone. More
