Although Preston did a great job, and was very professional. I find the lack of Nissan standing behind their product and not even offering 10% off my very high bill of almost $7000 to be extremely professional. I have contacted the customer support number with Nissan multiple times and have escalated my case Several times with zero help which is very disheartening considering me, my sister, my grandparents, my aunts, uncles and great aunts and uncles have all purchased Nissans, and have been repeated customers at this location. I tried to use a coupon, but it was not for this location, and they said without the coupon to be shown at the time of payment for my vehicle, it could not be used. I have exhausted every resource possible to me to try and get help on this vehicle due to the fact that I tried more than Nissan did, I will never purchase another Nissan in my life, and my family members are trading in their vehicles for another brand, because they cannot take the risk that their transmission will go out, and Nissan will not cover anything. I’m extremely upset and feel of little value as a customer to Nissan. Which is very strange to me, considering this is how you make lifelong customers and help spread the word to other people to promote buying from Nissan. I’m 27 and plan on buying more cars in my lifetime and I will make sure that my spouse, kids, grandkids, friends, and my colleagues will all hear about not buying from Nissan. More
