I'm so very glad there is a New River location of Southern Team Auto. Not only was it way more convenient, but it was so much less hectic than the Roanoke location as well. I was accused of saying I was not going to pay and treated with absolutely no respect by Mr Preston Hedge. After a whole ordeal at the shop I was refunded and my warranty info was magically found.
