After purchasing vehicles from Southern team we were told that we would have lifetime free oil service and inspections. The last time we took both vehicles to have them serviced we were told we were removed that we would have lifetime free oil service and inspections. The last time we took both vehicles to have them serviced we were told we were removed from the program because we denied additional services. This was not communicated with us prior to the service. We were not warned prior to denying service that this would happen. Communication would have been appreciated as this was a major selling point when purchasing two vehicles and certainly may have impacted our decision. More
