I had to leave 4 messages to get an appointment and in the meantime by inspection ran out. No one called when my car was complete. I went to the lot, picked it up and never spoke to anyone. No one has called me about parts that were ordered for my horn( I seen they ordered parts from the invoice they left in my car seat) or even to just ask if I’m the person that drove off in my car. The folks who work at the service desk are very nice, which is the only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star. I have called multiple (dozens of) times for two different issues in the last 2 m which is the only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star. I have called multiple (dozens of) times for two different issues in the last 2 months and been transferred to a phone that always goes to voice mail and I NEVER received a call back. Ever since Southern Team took over First Team I have lost all respect for this dealership. One lady who answer the phone to direct my call was very rude the last time I called xxxxxxxx about her job and how she had answered over a hundred phone calls already that morning. I’m at the point that I’m ready to sell my Subaru and get back into a Toyota. More

Overall, I hope the staff was just having a bad day and this isn't a sign of who will be working and how things will be handled under the new ownership. More
