I purchased a volkswagon EOS approximately 2 years ago and have been extremely pleased with both the vehicle as well as the level of service I have received upon taking the car in for warranty service. I've only had a couple of issues with the vehicle and have found First Team personnel to be courteous and thorough in handling things. I took my 2011 Nissan Versa to the First Team Service Center on February 21 for drop off for service to be done on February 22. It was after 5 p.m. so I was just expecting to park in the lot and turn ov Center on February 21 for drop off for service to be done on February 22. It was after 5 p.m. so I was just expecting to park in the lot and turn over the keys. To my surprise, I was greeted by Sammy who immediately opened the service doors and asked me to bring the car on in. Sammy and Tyler took care of making sure of the items that I needed to be addressed. First Team contacted me both at my home number and my cell to advise that work had been completed much earlier than expected. When I returned on Wednesday to pick up my vehcile, Sammy and Tyler greeted me immediately and made sure that I was aware of the outcome of the items that I was concerned about and made every effort to answer any questions. Your team is more like a family. When I originally purchased my vehicle I had never dealt with First Team but I have been wonderfully impressed with the staff and service that I receive.
