We truly understand your frustration. This was a decision made by the manufacturer, not us. Please call your vehicles Consumer Affairs office and let them know how disappointed you are. They are the ones that insisted on fewer dealers, and they owe it to you to make your ownership experience a great one. We have already told them the same, but it is better that this comes right from you! This manufacturer wants to be just like another Luxury make, one you have owned before, and only have Retailers in large cities. We care about all of our guests, including those of you with this brand and we standby our promise to take care of our Great Values for Life guarantees to you and we are still able to take care of all Maintenance needs. We just cannot submit Warranty claims or other no charge maintenance that is covered by the factory. You are our guest and we will do everything we can to make sure that your car is taken care of in every way that we are allowed. We are grateful for your business and please let us know how we may help going forward!
