There are not enough words to describe the poor service I received from the last appointment. I scheduled a state inspection and had to wait 3 weeks for it to be done and when I had it done they found that received from the last appointment. I scheduled a state inspection and had to wait 3 weeks for it to be done and when I had it done they found that I needed new wipers and recommended changing the air filter. I did all of that and then I took my car back and they claimed that I was never scheduled for a state inspection that day and that they only had to change the oil which is not true and fix the recalls. I explained that the whole reason I made the appointment was just to get the state inspection the oil had a few more miles at least before it needed to be changed but I was okay with them changing the oil because I would have to bring it back in a couple of months to have that done anyway. I also stated that if my car didn't have a state inspection how did they find so many things wrong with my car in the first place. This makes me think that somebody didn't do what they were supposed to in the first place. The young man by the name of Grayson was helpful and nice but I'm very disappointed in the scheduling department and also the service department overall. When I asked to speak to a manager, I waited several minutes at the service desk and could hear a woman with a nasty tone from the management service office telling Grayson exactly what to tell me and I really did not appreciate the nasty tone of her voice. If she is a manager or supervisor she should have came out and talked to me instead of telling Grayson what to tell me. But I can assure you if she spoke to me in that nasty tone it would not have been a good situation at all. The name on the door of the management office was Stacy Gunter. With her tone of voice and her not willing to speak with me directly, I see that as very unprofessional and POOR customer service. Maybe she needs to be spoken to by her manager. I have bought at least two Hyundai's from this dealership and serviced three there .The service has gotten nothing but worse over the past year and it's very difficult to even make an appointment anymore. This is making me think that maybe I should buy from another dealership. I really wish they would focus on customer satisfaction more. More
