Overall: Southern Team's service department is extremely poor with communication and held onto the vehicle for unreasonably long timeframes. We have a company van- a Nissan- and it needed mechanical and cos poor with communication and held onto the vehicle for unreasonably long timeframes. We have a company van- a Nissan- and it needed mechanical and cosmetic work. Southern Team held onto the vehicle for much longer than they should have and did not provide any updates- they never once initiated contact with us. They would not answer the phone, did not return voicemails and when we finally did get someone on the phone for an update, the lady who we spoke to was rude and curt while saying she'd "pass it along". Still never got a call back. We had to wait for an oil change after being told it was ready to pick up. Next time the van was brought back due to a squeaking sound in the engine, Southern Team had it for over a week. No word from them again and when we eventually got someone on the phone for an update they told us that they could not make that repair because another shop did the original drive belt work. Enterprise showed that the last oil change was over 6 months beforehand even though that's what we were waiting longer on to pick it up the first time around. Apparently Southern Team somehow figured out that they did the oil change but they never recorded in Enterprise. Over 3 months of unpleasant, frustrating run around. We will never use Southern Team again. More

It was a bit of a scavenger hunt to find the service center. I got lost in the area that I was directed to, but fortunately someone was able to drive in front of me so I could get to the service center. center.
