So I got wayyyyy better service my past visit from Melissa and was super happy that it went a lot better than previously. After six months and four trips later I was able to get the part and get it put on. None of this would have happened if Jennifer Tucker would have blown me off and not took in interest like the others. Whi the part and get it put on. While waiting there was also a young man by the name of Joseph that went above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service. These two made me feel like I had known them for years. I felt they genuinely cared about the customer service they offered while I was there. These two definitely need to be recognized and could teach a class or two on "What Excellent Customer Service Looks Like". More
