Purchased my first new Subaru from Linda in December 2011. She made the process of buying a car easy and can I say fun?? Having visited at least 3 other Subaru dealerships across Virginia, not only does First Team have the best sales team, the selection and pricing beats the others hands down! I've recently started to think about purchasing a CrossTrek and everyone has been great during my "window shopping" trips...Linda and everyone else still treated me like a valued customer, knowing I was not purchasing that day! Can't wait to purchase my next Subaru from Linda and the First Team team! I've done all my service appointments with Eric and couldn't be happier. Also, unfortunately just had to deal with the collision center for major repairs, and they could not have been better to work with, even the convenience of having in-house rental cars (only wish they were Subarus!). First Team has improved drastically from my dealings there 15 years ago - I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, for sales or service! More

After spending several hours at another dealership trying to buy a truck we went to First Team and was immediately approached by Kevin Johnson. We ended up test driving a 2013 Nissan Titan that we really lik to buy a truck we went to First Team and was immediately approached by Kevin Johnson. We ended up test driving a 2013 Nissan Titan that we really liked. The cost was a little more than we thought we wanted to spend, so Kevin offered us a deal we couldn't refuse on a brand new 2012 Nissan Titan with all the features we wanted and some more. We were the last customers on the lot but we had a whole team staying past quitting time to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. Thanks Kevin and Mel for our new truck! We love it!
