I am a retired engineer and have many years experience negotiatind purchases. In the past I have dreaded the process of haggeling with car dealers, But this time was different. We quickly agreed on features, price and trade-in. I had researched this Sanada and knew what I would pay and we came within my objective. We love the car, it is easy to park, the backup camara is useful and gas milage is excellent. Follow up comunications with Kieth and the Dealership have been outstanding. I have been leasing and buying vehicles from First Team for twenty years now. My new Murano is a great vehicle, and we plan to purchase it at the end of this lease to replace our 2004 Murano that we lease for twenty years now. It is a great vehicle and only has a little over 70,000 miles on it. My wife drives it,and will enjoy the 2013 Murano in a few years. no secret, its not usually, well never, a pleasant experience to purchase a car...(sorry guys) but......this time was different, we were greeted by Blake outside,and it was super cold, he was very fri experience to purchase a car...(sorry guys) but......this time was different, we were greeted by Blake outside,and it was super cold, he was very friendly, non vulture like, and we told him up front our credit was BADDDDDD! so before we looked at cars, and got all warm and fuzzy over them, we needed to run our app and credit to see what we could even get approved for. He was very professional and said no problem, lets go do that. So during the whole credit app he was not pushy he was looking to help us. we found a couple cars in our budget and test drove one. came back in andran the app took maybe 20 min at most he came back said you are approved for that vehicle, and then we just waited for manager to get paperwork together and sign. we got there at 4:30pm ish and we left by 8pm. Amazing! we will definately be going back to them in future once credit rebuilt to help him out with a slightly more costly vehicle :) Thank you again so much.. More
