We asked him to give us some time and unlike other salesman he did not approach us until we needed him. He was very informative and went out of his way to assist us. After out test drive of the Sonata he answered our questions and was not pushy. Because of the way we were treated by Keith and Chip I was no longer interested in test driving other vehicles. Buying Another Subaru Our 2014 Impreza is the second Subaru we have purchased from First Team. Rick was very helpful in guiding us through the process.
