He was not pushy to make a sale but was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Mike Farrelly and Tiffany Hickman were very helpful with the paperwork and all of the warranty information regarding the 2016 Versa Note I purchased. Mike Farrelly even blue toothed my phone to the car and retrieved items from the vehicle I traded in for me and helped me put them into my new car, he even retrieved items I had forgotten in my trade in after leaving the lot and put them in a box for me to pick up.. Allen Perry put great effort to ensure that my payments were very affordable for me. Mike Farrelly called a few days after my purchase to see how satisfied I was with the car and to see if I had any questions about anything. Mike Munsey even called a few weeks after my purchase to verify that I was still happy and fully satisfied with my purchase as well. They treat their customers like family there, they offered me something to drink and snack on while going through the process of purchasing my automobile. I never felt pressured and they were very concerned with my complete satisfaction with the Versa Note I purchased. After dealing with them I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. A+++ Service!!!!! I would give them 10 stars if that rating were available. More

Let's Make a Deal I stopped by First Team's annual auto sale at the Salem Civic Center in search of a deal as I was reluctantly in the market for a new vehicle. I leis I stopped by First Team's annual auto sale at the Salem Civic Center in search of a deal as I was reluctantly in the market for a new vehicle. I leisurely walked through a maze of cars and ended up in the Hyundai section as I was a current Hyundai owner. I must say I was less than enthusiastic as I really was not happy about the notion of a new car payment (I had not purchased a new car in more than 10 years). With that being said, I am not the typical car buyer. I was however very pleased with my new car and was very happy with my salesperson, Mark Hardlin. He was not the stereotypical overly aggressive salesman. He asked the right questions to help with the decision-making process. I feel like I received a pretty fair deal which helps in making car payments a little more palatable. More
