Purchase of new 2017 Rogue The Hodge family has purchased cars from First Team since 1991 and the experiences have always been exceptional. This one was that and more. We traded a car that had been damaged in an accident for a new 2017 Nissan Rogue. Everyone, the body shop, David Dillon, Mike Farrelly, Karen Wiseman, and Teresa Hiner treated us like family. After the accident, one of our first calls was to the First Team body shop because we wanted them to repair the damaged car. They were outstanding help and gave us information on nearby towing companies. They even offered to help with transportation. To decide whether to repair our car, trade now, or trade after the repair, we asked First Team to give us information on a few cars that we liked very much. This is where exceptional people became truly stellar friends and family. David, Teresa, and Karen helped us work through decisions by providing repair vs trade-in alternatives. Karen and Teresa worked with my wife, explaining the features of each car that we were interested in. When we reached a decision to purchase a new 2017 Nissan Rogue for my wife, I checked car values and repair estimates on-line and was most impressed with the deal First Team gave us. We love the new Rogue and appreciate the tremendous assistance that we were given. We made this review a little longer in an effort to express our gratitude to First Team and great people.
