The dealership provided great service and attempted to answer all questions. However the $799 processing fee is not representative of the area. Initial purchase was wonderful. The follow up for having service done to vehicle needed some work. The woman at service desk was very abrupt and made it obvious that she just wanted The follow up for having service done to vehicle needed some work. The woman at service desk was very abrupt and made it obvious that she just wanted to go home, she had been there since 7 am. The man who was suppose to answer any questions we had about the vehicle left and had to return because he forgot about the appointment but was very apologetic to us. I voiced concerns regarding upholstery around sunroof and the lady was very understanding and said she would contact car company because they need to make it right. More
