I had done my research before going to the dealership and picked out a vehicle that I really liked. I went in to test drive the vehicle and to see if the financing matched my needs. Brian pulled the car arou picked out a vehicle that I really liked. I went in to test drive the vehicle and to see if the financing matched my needs. Brian pulled the car around and gave me time to look it over before the test drive. When we got back to the dealership, he made sure I liked the vehicle before working on financing options. We found an option that worked with my parameters and started the process. I felt like my salesman, Brian, the sales manager, Jeff, and Keith, the F&I manager really listened and wanted to help me and not just make a sale. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from the dealership in the last 8 years. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about buying a car in the Roanoke Valley. More

Just went to the Hyundai service center and was denied my free oil change? So I have had my Veracruz for 15 years and was informed that in order to continue with the Values for Life, that I would have to hav free oil change? So I have had my Veracruz for 15 years and was informed that in order to continue with the Values for Life, that I would have to have all of the required factory maintance done today? Replace both AIR FILTERS (Cabin filter?? What does that have to do with the engine??) Replace all the fluids?? VFL is a scam!! Southern Team Service center NEVER AGAIN!! More
