Sales and finance team were great. We were guaranteed that the paint defects (on a brand new car) would be repaired for us. The body shop says they can't be repaired without completely We were guaranteed that the paint defects (on a brand new car) would be repaired for us. The body shop says they can't be repaired without completely redoing the entire car (which they won't do), so we are left with a car that has visual defects from the beginning, that we were told would be fixed when we bought it, and they won't be fixed. I feel the fault lies between the body shop and upper management. No plans on ever dealing with Southern Team again - outside of the routine services on our car. More
