Horrible experience dealing with Southern States Mazda. They rush you through all paperwork and financing and once you buy the car if you have any questions or need anything you won't be able to get a soul They rush you through all paperwork and financing and once you buy the car if you have any questions or need anything you won't be able to get a soul on the phone - not even the manager will call you back. I moved shortly after purchasing car and this dealership can't seem to figure out to put my license plates and registration in an envelope and mail them to me. There are way too many other dealerships that need and want your business run away from Southern States Mazda and consider yourself lucky. More

My experience purchsing my Mazdz3i from Derek Quint was both "painless" and actually enjoyable! His personable approach to his job so impressed my husband and me that we decided to buy my car from him even if we didn't get the exact financial terms we wanted. However, in the end we got a better deal than we had expected. I've always felt that, within reason, the salesman is more important than the "bottom line" in most major financial transactions. I think Southern States has a real "jewel" in Derek and I will certainly recommend him to anyone who's considering purchasing a new car. By the way, I also love my new Mazda3i! More
