AJ is the guy you want to see if you are unsure as to which vehicle you want to buy. AJ was super well prepared and answered basically every question I asked on the models we went over, all the way to kn which vehicle you want to buy. AJ was super well prepared and answered basically every question I asked on the models we went over, all the way to knowing what kind of oil is required for the vehicles and what makes them unique amongst the others. He also had an area perfect for test driving planned and was able to demonstrate a lot of the vehicles functionality while letting me experiment with some along a perfect road for a test driving experience (It had lots of curves, up and down slopes, and places perfect for speed stretches). Josh Silva made the negotiation process smooth as well, we definitely went back and forth to see what kind of options we could get to fit my budget but the main takeaway was that it was very clear he was willing to help me find something that I could manage. The professionalism in my experience was top notch with everyone I dealt with which is all I could ask for in the end. The car dealership experience can be really rough but dealing with these guys was just convenient and intuitive throughout all stages. More

Absolutely worse dealership in Southern Oregon! After being treated like 3rd class citizens in Oregon by the finance specialist Valerie Terrones with what was presented to her as clear cut paperwork to process a simple transaction and the attitude that pursued it is amazing to me this dealership has maintained a good rating on Google reviews... my advise is instead of attacking your upset 😡 customers... why not find out why they aren't happy before cussing them out! More
