There’s obviously been a change in management or corporate oversight at this location since I purchased my Nissan in 2016. The service at this location was so below my standards that I started taking my car to Hall NIssan in Virginia Beach for the past 5 years. In any case, I decided to try this location again as I was in dire need for someone at Nissan to perform some type of diagnostic or inspection on my car because rain water would leak into the car. M’Tazi provided exceptional customer service from the start of my visit, kept me informed through out to let me know what was being done and how soon I would have my car fixed. M’Tazi answered all of my questions and then some. I have some other things that I need to get fixed and all of my questions were answered as well. I’m not sure which technician performed the work, but I appreciated the fact that he allowed my car to air out before I picked it up. Also, I need to add that previously, this dealership never offered shuttle service, even when I asked. M’Tazi offered shuttle service home, and confirmed whether I needed shuttle service back to the dealership. I only add one suggestion - quick wash and vacuum of the vehicles upon return to the customer. Hall Nissan Virginia Beach did provide that service. More

I was not pleased with the person at check in. He verified that I had an appointment and then informed me that it may take a while because of end of the month inspections. My opinion is that the reason to have appointment times available, is so that I, the customer can decide how long I can expect to wait. Don't offer appointment times if they can't be honored due to end of the month demands. There will always be an end of the month increase. I think better planning and resource management would minimize the need to tell a customer with an appointment that there will be extra delay. More
