The service advisor I dealt with on Saturday morning has no integrity! He wasn't going to tell me about the service technician forgetting to install my oil filter and backing up with my vehicle and getting no integrity! I was in the showroom a minute before talking to Q Powell about being interested in the new Pathfinder's. He had to take a phone call and That's when I noticed two women sitting at the window facing the garage waving their hands, and trying to get someone's attention. I noticed my vehicle was the one backing up. As I walk towards the glass I could hear the women saying. Oh my gosh there's oil all over the floor. That's when I learn that he forgot to put the oil filter on. I decided to wait inside the waiting area to see if somebody was going to tell me what happened. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the guy to redo my oil. The service advisor came and got me and told me my vehicle was ready. We went to the counter and I was getting ready to pay and I asked him. Was there anything he needed to tell me? He said no, I said you weren't going to tell me about the technician forgetting to put the oil filter on and getting oil all over the garage floor. His response was no. I told him straight to his face. He has no integrity! Also told him it was pretty messed up that he wouldn't tell me something had happened to my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me nothing catastrophic happened. My question the management is is this how you do business? If the customer doesn't see you make the mistake then I guess it didn't happen. More
