I have had so many problems with the Nissan of Chesapeake. They charged my contract for the LoJack, and its not working. I have went on the weekend and I was told that it will work in 48 hours. Then I was told it will take 60 days. 60 days has passed. They put a new Lojack in my car, and it's still not working. I was charged for this feature in my contract. I was told that Nissan of Chesapeake, David or Jay would follow up with me. I have constantly called and no one is responding. I even reached out to a manager Gino, and no one is communicating about this manner. I truly regret dealing with this dealership. I purchased a jeep from them in December, and it had a busted hose, and bad sensors. I had it for one week and it was in the shop for over a week. After constantly having problems they allowed me to trade it for this 2022 Rogue. The keys needed batteries, it had a knick in the windshield and the car died on me and they had to tow it and they had to replace the battery. I truly hate that I purchased anything from this place. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in over 18 years. They are not communicating and they are ignoring my calls. I'm utterly frustrated with Nissan of Chesapeake. More

Went in for a scheduled recall. Roland did not know why I was there due to the website not transferring everything.
