Service advisor is not helpful or friendly. Although I had appointments he turned me back once and not able to provide just the estimate. Second time i visited just to get estimates and wait for another week to get the part delivered and then visited the service station third time to get it fixed. This would have been a simple one time visit. Service manager was not available to provide feedback or complaints at this location and apparently sales team mentioned he works at multiple locations.
