I had a scheduled appointment that was supposed to take a couple of hours. Hours turned into 2 days without an update from the service department until I requested one. To add to the inconvenience, there was couple of hours. Hours turned into 2 days without an update from the service department until I requested one. Customer service was indifference, cold unresponsive, and I appeared to be a nuisance or in the way of him getting his work done. Oil changed but car not reset said I still needed oil change.
