I surfed the internet looking for a 2011 new Nissan Versa. I found one listed at Hall Western Branch. Nissan sent me an internet certificate for the Versa, which said take it the the dealership and p Versa. I found one listed at Hall Western Branch. Nissan sent me an internet certificate for the Versa, which said take it the the dealership and pick up your car for that price. That morning I contacted Hall which stated they had the Versa on site and available. Upon getting to the dealership the agent stated they did not have anymore for that price. But for 4500 additional they could sell me one. I feel like the internet certificate program is just a ploy to pull customers to that dealership which is unfair to the customer. After the rep ensured me of its availability, I drove from City to City to purchase this vehicle, which was probably never available in the first place. After I made it home tonight I surfed the net again, to find they are offering the Versa for $9,015 which is probably just a nother ploy to get the customer to the dealership. I was told Nissan was one of the best dealerships, but judging from my experience, I will try someonewhere else. More

Great job. Having two small children, shopping for a new vehicle is no easy feat. They were very friendly and accomodating. Both Danny and Amanda were very helpful in putting both the transactions together. At the same time, Amanda was busy with Betty going over the Altima.Amanda did a great job with both test drives pointing out many great features and calling our attention to the smooth ride and handling of both vehicles. She took both of us on a route that had many difficult road conditions just to prove her product was sound and valuable. After the test drives and information received from both Danny and Amanda we were convinced that Nissan was the product for us.Danny worked tirelessly searching and finding the right price and financing that would meet our needs. He really made us feel comfortable about the whole process by not forcing us into making a decision and we felt we could trust him. We are very happy with our purchase and walked away from the whole experience feeling confident and pleased that we were treated with respect, concern and no pressure. He immediately came over and asked about my new Juke, and the trip I took as soon as I bought it. He wanted to know if everything with the car was all I had thought it would be. He asked it I had any problems and stated that if at any time I needed Hall, they were there for me. When he saw the car, he asked whey I did not have license plate protectors on, and I stated I had not received any. He asked that I follow him back to the dealership where he immediately put the protectors on, front and back! I was referred to Eric by a mutual friend while looking for a Nissan Juke. Having done my research, I knew that they were being sold marked up at least 2500 dollars due to the Juke just being released and for a Nissan Juke. Not only did Eric not mark his up, he gave me an extremely good price on it. Eric also gave me what I was asking for my 98 Tacoma trade in. Being in car sales myself and working with a few other dealerships in our area, I was very impressed with the amount of professional courtesy and the quality of his customer service. I also appreciated Jesse Hanson in finance who made the paperwork a breeze and has a very up front and honest attitude which make things much easier. Ive recently had my first service on it and the service department is excellent to work with as far as scheduling, drop off and pick up. They've even followed up with me since then to see how everything went. If you're in the market for a nissan and looking in the area, let me save you a lot of time.
