I was super excited about a truck that was listed on their site at $53790. Now I know their internet pricing includes all rebates and very rare do people “qualify” for all of them but I contacted them a their site at $53790. After waiting for 2 hours for one I called back to check in it and was told they didn’t have my zip code so they hadn’t finished it yet. No problem. I gave it to them a second time. Waiting another hour and contacted them back. They were still busy but I as told they were working on it. The price came back out the door at $66,289. Shocked I called back and asked why one of the charges was $4080.05 cents for taxes. He apologized and said he didn’t have the right zip code. They also added a $1890 price to tint the windows that were already tinted in the ad? No worries I said how about give me a reasonable price starting with the msrp (which they put on the sticker) and deducting at the bare minimum the $5300 and change rebate that was employee pricing for all. Meaning all should qualify I would think. Nope just kidding second price came back with a $3000 rebate and was still at $62709. Now to be clear up front I mentioned multiple times I was happy to finance through them if it helped get extra rebates. I was also already prequalified so I wanted to get the best price either way. Somehow I still didn’t qualify for the rebates. directly on their site is says hassle free pricing. There was nothing neither hassle free nor up front about their pricing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase through them if you are hoping for a good honest hassle free exchange. It was nothing of the sort. More

The communication from the service department at this location needs improvement, that’s putting it nicely. When purchasing it was tied into the deal that I would get the warranty that covers everything inside of the vehicle for the extension of 5 years or 100,000miles. Awesome great! Or so I thought. My Jeep has been having issues with leaking in the truck roof and it needed new tires. I tried booking my appointment for about a month and I continually had to reschedule it because they couldn’t give me a loaner car. It’s not my fault the trunk is leaking? I have no effect on that, it’s a vehicle default. After about a month and a half, I finally got the Jeep into the shop. It needed oil change, new tires, new passenger lock switch(it was broken), and the leak fixed. It’s now been in the shop since 10/12/2020 and it is 10/21/2020. I’ve been the only person communicating with the service department. I’ve been told it’s possible I’ll have to pay for my rental. That the items (lock &back taillight lean) weren’t covered under warranty. They’ve wanted me to call to see if the parts were covered, but gave me incorrect number. It has been beyond frustrating. To top it off my ‘rental’ car I have from them has an expired tag of 10/19/2020! So I got pulled over, but luckily the cop understood that I had literally no control of the tag. Today I went into the dealership because nobody was answering my phone call. The service manager who’s handling my issues finally called my warranty for the Jeep that was added at the dealership through them & found out the latch is covered but not the taillight leak. She also forgot to find out if my ‘rental’ is covered. Nobody let me know if the diagnostic is covered. The communication is terrible. The lock would take 2-5 more days to replace after the service manager said they already received the part! No one has even mentioned if the tires have come in for the vehicle. I haven’t gotten a final estimate of costs or a letter for me to approve the repairs. I do not know where we are at in the process. I am beyond frustrated with this entire situation. The only reason I bought the Jeep that day was because of the warranty that came with it. That the manager gave to me. That is the only reason & now I’m ready to take my Jeep back without getting any work done to it. Give their rental back. And go trade the Jeep in just so I don’t have to deal with Jeep south Savannah’s employees. I honestly don’t understand why I’ve been told at purchase everything inside of vehicle is covered and it has now taken a week and then me going in there to get an answer. I will not be taking my Jeep back there or recommending this location to anyone due to the service department. More
