I purchased a vehicle that didn’t go through inspection and it was still sold to me and my wife. The problem has yet been fixed, we’ve had issue after issue with the truck. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to this dealership. If you use this dealership be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. Screen shot all texts and save all emails. You might want to even record all conversations. you’ll definitely need them. It’s been 10 weeks and I still have not received my 2nd key fob nor $500 gift card they promised me. I’ve sent out probably 15 voicemails, 3 emails, several texts to my sales associate and I have received absolutely zero responses. I’ve left voicemails with several managers, like Grant Beloch, sales associates and I’ve even called the store director Terrance Tubs. All voicemail’s with zero responses. I’ve reached out to Step One Automotive and have still gotten no where. It is 100% apparent that they are ignoring me in hopes I will just give up. These 2 items I will not give up on. Stay away, STAAAAYYYYYY AWAAAAYYYYYYYY!! There’s plenty of other Jeep dealerships around. More
