This was the worst repair experience I’ve ever encountered. My disappointment due to the incomplete repair by the technician was exacerbated by the rude manner in which he spoke to me when I retur encountered. We saw the vehicle we wanted online, confirmed availability and listed price. Made a long trip, had nice salesman pretty knowledgeable about vehicle, but it took some time to get it ready for tes availability and listed price. We asked for a couple of accessories, and decided to buy. That's when we were hit with over $3k in dealer add ons, to include a fee for certification on a vehicle that was advertised as "certified"(past tense clearly indicating it had been done) and clear coat and tinting (can't remove from the car, should be incuded in listed price). After some terse re-negotiating those fees were removed and we were back to listed price, albeit without our accessories. Pro. Very good selection of recent used vehicles. We had a pleasant, no pressure salesman. vehicle was fueled and clean upon delivery. Reasonable trade in value given upon some negotiation. Offered to have the vehicle delivered the 154 miles to us a few days later and close digitally. A nice part of their service but we declined to conclude this deal quickly. Cons. The "easy step one price" is not necessarily the price. Know this up front and ask for dealer add on charges/certification fees to get a more accurate figure before negotiating. The fees for titling and documents were roughly $795 more than our local Dodge Ram dealer. Found the tires to be over-inflated by about 20 lbs over reccomendation upon returning home. Inquired about cost of installing running boards, and although I give much credit to Mr. Downey for making that service available on short notice, the install price was almost double as that of our local dealer and we declined. In short, I cannot give a full recommendation, but there is no "maybe" option. Its hard to find a good recent year model and we bought this as the timeline for ordering new was indefinite. If you are aware of the above and want a particularly good selection of quality used cars it would be worth looking. I've gotten the new(er) car bug with my husband's beautiful new truck and just began looking but would consider carefully before returning here. More

EDIT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS JUST FOR THEM TO SAY IBHAVE TO BRING IT BACK THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND REGARDING THE $2000 I PUT DOWN ON THE VEHICLE. ONCE I CALLED AFT FOR 2 WEEKS JUST FOR THEM TO SAY IBHAVE TO BRING IT BACK THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND REGARDING THE $2000 I PUT DOWN ON THE VEHICLE. ONCE I CALLED AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING ON A REFUND CHECK THEY STARTED NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS PICKING UP AND HANGING UP OR REROUTING MY CALLS. IT WAS MAINLY THE FINANCE MANAGER SEAN!!!! FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE WHO GOT MY INFORMATION OVER TO CORPORATE AND THE STORE MANAGER CALLED ME INSTANTLY AND OFFERED TO OVER NIGHT ME MY REFUND. I WILL MEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. THEY FIRST REVIEW WAS GENUINE AND WVEN AFTER THEY TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK I STILL WASN’T UPSET BUT WHAT HAPPENED AFTER RETURNING THE VEHICLE IS WHAT REALLY GOT TO ME. And I REPORTED EVERY LAST ONE OF THE EMPLOYERS I SPOKE WITH AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AS WELL More
